We accept returns on our products within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized with engraving, custom orders, or birthstone jewelry. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. For orders placed outside the European Union, any import taxes or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.
