Adding a personal touch is possible by engraving a small detail inside the ring, offering a selection of fonts and symbols. If no preference is indicated, the Crete font will be used by default. Prior to shipping, a message with photographs of the engraving will be provided for your approval. Since each ring is custom-made upon order, the shipping process requires 4-10 business days. Please inform us if you need the rings earlier, and we will let you know if possible.

When you proceed to checkout, please leave a message specifying the size and engraving details. To ensure a perfect fit, we will handcraft your rings according to your size specifications. Kindly let us know what sizes you need for the rings, as well as the engraving details (maximum of 10 characters). Also, please choose a font from the list provided. If left empty font Crete will be chosen by default. Our ring sizes range from 4-12 (US), but if you require a smaller or bigger size, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

We accept returns on our products within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized with engraving, custom orders, or birthstone jewelry. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. For orders placed outside the European Union, any import taxes or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount. If a customer refuses delivery, the item will be disposed of by the shipping carrier, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
