The maximum number of characters is 16. If you wish to include a symbol, please choose one from the photos provided in the listing, for example, "12 heart." The bracelet can be engraved on the inside only.
We accept returns on our products within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized with engraving, custom orders, or birthstone jewelry. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. For orders placed outside the European Union, any import taxes or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount. If a customer refuses delivery, the item will be disposed of by the shipping carrier, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
