When you proceed to checkout, please leave a message specifying the engraving details. Please let us know what you would like to have engraved on your ring, as well as the font you prefer. The maximum number of characters is 3. If you wish to include a symbol, please choose one from the photos provided in the listing, for example, "12 heart".
We accept returns on our products within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized with engraving, custom orders, or birthstone jewelry. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. For orders placed outside the European Union, any import taxes or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount. If a customer refuses delivery, the item will be disposed of by the shipping carrier, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
